Participants gather from 10am, with the walk setting off promptly at 10.15am.
The route is suitable for beginners and follows a relaxed pace, making it accessible for a wide range of abilities. Walks typically last between 30 and 90 minutes, allowing participants to enjoy fresh air, light exercise, and the surrounding green space.
After returning to The Well Project, attendees are invited to stay for a hot drink, a chat, and often some homemade soup, providing a great opportunity to socialise and build connections within the community.
The walk is free to attend, and no booking is required, making it an easy and inclusive way to get active and meet others.
